They’re what the PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course is all about.
And no, you don’t have to be “advanced” to take it – it’s designed so you can go straight into it after the PADI Open Water Diver course.
The Adventure Open Water Diver course helps you increase your confidence and build your scuba skills so you can become more comfortable in the water. This is a great way to get more dives under your belt while continuing to learn under the supervision of PADI instructor. This course builds on what you’ve learned and develops new capabilities by introducing you to new activities and new ways to have fun scuba diving.
You will upgrade your knowledge and skills theoreticaly and practical, with completed three Adventure dives:

Underwater navigation
- Deep dive (typically anywhere from 18-30 metres / 60-100 feet)
- Peak performance buoyancy
- Night dive
- Nitrox dive
- Dry suit dive
- Altitude dive
- Fish ID
- Boat dive
- Drift dive
- Multilevel dive
- Search & Recovery
- Wreck dive
Dives are selected along with other participants in the group, there are also the natural environment limits, example the sea does not allow diving at altitudes!
- The theoretical part of the course consists of a single module, where you find out more about the adventurous dive among other things, about the benefits, as well as the possible dangers. Each theoretical part is checked with skills audits as necessary to explain!
- The practical part consists the instructor's briefing and diving.
- At the end of the dive you will with an instructor write Log Book and do the analysis of the dive in a fun way.
- Program take u at least from 2 days onwards.
- Period beginning of the course by agreement.
- Locations implementation are in agreement with the students , but in principle, carried courses in Bled , Fiesa (Slovenia) or the Croatian coast.
- Participant get 5 % discount on upgrading course in PADI Advanced Open Water diver course (benefit only applies within one month)
Prerequisites needed for course:
- Have completed PADI Open Water Diver (Junior) or equivalent by other associations.
- Minimum age 10 years for minors, all declarations signed by parents or guardians! - Student obtained after completion of the course certification PADI Junior Adventure Open Water Diver.
- Minimum age 15 years, for minors, all declarations signed by parents or guardians! - Student obtained after completion of the course certification PADI Adventure Open Water Diver.

Medical certificate
By folowing PADI standards medical examination is not mandatory. At the beginning of the course, each participant completed and signed papers of health status, in which are written in disease states that are not best suited for diving . Medical examination before starting practical work is required, as long as the student has or has suffered from any of the diseases or injuries that are listed in the declaration (eg, cardiovascular disease, epilepsy, lung damage and ears, diabetes ). At the same time the student has signed a statement of liability.
